Account and data deletion

Delete your FitSocial account.

Submit the Google email connected to your account. We will verify the request before permanently deleting your account and associated data.

Before you request deletion

Deletion is permanent. You will lose your profile, FitFam connections, squads you own where applicable, messages and content, imported workouts, route geometry, Discover location, and uploaded media controlled by FitSocial. Information copied or shared outside FitSocial cannot be removed by us.

If you only want to stop appearing to nearby athletes, you can pause Discover from the app's Settings screen instead.

Submit your request

Use the Google email associated with FitSocial. We will contact that address to verify the request before deleting anything.

What happens next

  1. We contact the submitted address to verify that it belongs to the FitSocial account owner.
  2. After verification, we begin deleting the account and associated information from active systems.
  3. We aim to complete deletion within 30 days. Backup cleanup may take up to 90 days.

We may retain limited records where reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or disputes. Read the account-deletion section of our Privacy Policy for details.
