1. Our commitment
FitSocial has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We prohibit any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
These standards apply to every part of the FitSocial mobile application and related services, including profiles, photos, Stories, Journeys, squads, announcements, and direct or squad messages. They apply even though FitSocial is intended only for people aged 18 or older.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
FitSocial does not permit users to create, upload, store, share, request, link to, promote, or distribute:
- CSAM or any visual depiction of a child engaged in sexually explicit conduct, including manipulated or computer-generated imagery;
- grooming or attempts to build trust with a child for sexual contact, sexual exploitation, or the exchange of sexual imagery;
- the sexualization of a child or content that encourages or depicts the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child;
- sextortion, including threatening or blackmailing a child using real or alleged intimate material;
- the trafficking, advertising, or solicitation of a child for sexual exploitation; or
- any other content or behavior that facilitates, promotes, or attempts child sexual abuse or exploitation.
3. How to report a concern
To report an abusive direct conversation in FitSocial, open the conversation, use the menu in the top-right corner, and choose the report action. The report is submitted for review without leaving the app.
You can also report suspected CSAE, CSAM, grooming, sextortion, or other child-safety concerns by emailing . Include the relevant FitSocial username, profile, squad, conversation, and any other information that helps us locate the issue.
Do not download, capture, email, or forward suspected CSAM. Report where it appears instead. If a child may be in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or the appropriate child-protection authority in your country.
4. How FitSocial responds
We review child-safety reports and take action appropriate to the reported conduct and available evidence. Actions may include restricting or removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, preventing further contact, and preserving relevant information where required for safety or legal compliance.
After obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM, FitSocial removes or restricts access to it and follows applicable reporting and preservation obligations. We report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or the relevant regional authority when required by applicable law, and we cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.
5. Prevention and safeguards
FitSocial requires users to be at least 18 years old and uses a date-of-birth age gate during registration. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we suspend access and initiate account deletion, subject to any limited preservation required for safety or law.
FitSocial also provides blocking, conversation reporting, access controls, and rule-based checks for certain message and squad content. These safeguards support these standards but do not replace reports from users or our obligation to act on known child-safety violations.
6. Updates to these standards
We may update these standards as FitSocial, our safety practices, or applicable law changes. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
